Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Key responsibilities will include:
Leverage core internal data systems (CRM, Salesforce and SAP) to develop and maintain business critical dashboards needed to manage the business Leverage data to monitor KPIs, analyze and identify historical trends, as well areas of opportunity/risk for the business, including analysis of pipeline, contracts, usage, and other client engagement analyses Work with business line leaders and product management to understand their requirements and develop tools/processes to support management processes, and make recommendations based on analysis Become an expert in your data area – work directly with dashboard users to understand workflows and build and execute against a development roadmap to increase the value of the business analytics tools we build and deliver Produce ad-hoc analysis and support related to projects, opportunities or issues as they arise
The ideal candidate will possess/be:
- Minimum education requirement of a degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics or a similarly quantitative discipline. Additional education is preferred
- 2 or more years work experience, with minimum 1 years of relevant data analytics and business intelligence (BI) experience
- Experience and working knowledge of Power BI
- Solid understanding of the commercial workflows and functions of a subscription-based organization (e.g., customer engagement/retention, whitespace, sales/pipeline/business management, buying behavior); and ability to interpret user needs and create solutions to improve commercial work processes
- Demonstrated creative problem solving, proactive nature & critical reasoning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English)
- Strong data analysis skills, such as, development and usage of Excel spreadsheet, statistical, and database applications, and ability to learn new systems easily
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve results
- Enjoys working in an agile team environment, and creating innovative solutions where satisfying user (customer needs) are at the forefront
- Enjoys juggling multiple projects and interfacing with different colleagues/team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure to achieve set deadlines and with a high attention to detail
- Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours
