For this role we believe you have formal qualifications within Information management and/or Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics or equivalent Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in Information management and/or Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics or equivalent Proven record of developing organizations using data driven insight.
Good knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
Good knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilize knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers
Broad knowledge of how to analyses data from digital sources to gain insights of IKEA customers for business purposes and decision making
Extensive knowledge of how to profile, model, analyze and report on all data, cross channel, to gain insights for business purposes and decision making
Extensive knowledge of how to structure data and information in both processes and information technology tools to ensure reliable, accessible and relevant information, always securing the appropriate levels of privacy and security
Good knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
Ability to develop virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives Ability to champion new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and update availability, accuracy and quality of People information in the country or for specific Group Function. Support functional leaders and managers to interpret and analyze data to help them lead, work and organize in a way that brings out the best of people as well as delivers and develops business.
Provide the pre-conditions for high quality in People information data, enabling advanced analytics
Collaborate across the organization to define and secure People data accuracy, availability, and when needed confidentiality
Secure and monitor that People data processes and activities are in line with the mandatory elements of People information data, to ensure compliance and a consistent execution of the People information data framework and policies
Align with key stakeholders within People Culture and other functions securing a well-functioning People information data management and support establishing People analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organization
Provide expertise in evaluating and utilizing the global People analytics outcome to support the business at a country level
Collaborate with Group People Culture Centre of Expertise in People Business Steering to collect, analyze and utilize relevant business intelligence in the people analytics field to stay competitive and co-creating changes when appropriate
Support in the identification and implementation of digital capabilities in the country/Group Function organization that can support efficient and accurate people analytics
Take lead on improvements in data quality as well as support on legal compliance topics in relation to personal data for co-workers, locally as well as globally
