Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning using SQL, R, Python etc.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification from top-tier institutes
- Should be able to train people on how to manage analytics project lifecycle, statistical concepts, coding and modeling
- Should be good with advanced Excel, SQL, Python or R, Tableau and and Advanced Analytics technologies
- Knowledge of any cloud platforms will be an added advantage – AWS, Azure, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- To train people on how to conduct data extraction, cleansing, modeling and insight generation to drive business results using various analytical tools and technologies.
- Train people on end-to-end problem solving journey
- Own needs assessment, design and development, deployment and measurement of learning and talent programs for digital capabilities
- Plan and deploy digital / analytics capability development curriculum, certifications and calendar, develop new learning materials with digital capability as an outcome
- Provides guidance, training and problem solving assistance to learners
- Works on multiple tasks/analytics projects to mentor/coach learners
- Demonstrates Critical thinking and agility for Analytics / Digital capability development priorities.
- Helps with grading, assessment, coaching, mentoring and work with the placement team closely.
