What you will do:

  • Utilize analytical tools to extract and analyze data, including SQL, MS Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. Explore and identify data to understand performance drivers of marketing channels (email, paid search, display, and social media).
  • Prepare and present digital analytics, quantifying and summarizing outcomes to a variety of audiences including non-technical associates, key stakeholders, and company executives. Provide actionable recommendations and strategies.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for online analytics, metrics, and performance.
  • Own relationships with cross functional partners for data feeds in and out of Google Analytics
  • Align learning agendas and own creation of measurement plans with cross functional partners and stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for new site features and marketing campaigns
  • Provide input on future website/app enhancements based on performance knowledge and prior analyses/test results from the “learnings repository”
  • Perform QA of data collection and recommend necessary fixes and updates; escalate high impact issues to leadership for resolution

What will put you ahead?

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Management, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Omniture, Google Tag Manager, Alteryx, HTML and CSS experience a plus. Experience with testing/optimization platforms is a plus (Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.)

Required: Associate degree with 3-5 years of web or digital analyst experience, Management, Business, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 5+ years analytics experience with data from different sources; experience translating analysis into insights. Valuable work experience passionate about quantitative analysis and logical reasoning including experience with data visualization tools.
