Roles and Responsibilities
Actively participate in discussions on solution options and business partner decision making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture.
We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable.
The Client Analyst will need to develop strong knowledge of our products and services, be ready to explain the benefit of different options and influence client decisions, as well as capture client feedback and requirements to help with future developments (working with the Product function).
Senior Business Stakeholders to ensure that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges Business Process Owners to develop and maintain the business relationship, support business process change and act as point of contact for deployment and change Site Business customers to identify business needs, mentor local manufacturing staff, and effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands IT Delivery and Support to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective testing so that the solutions delivered to the business are efficient and effective, meeting the customer experience expectations.
The business analyst will develop a deep understanding of the business, the processes, the applications, and the information and data, in the Tax portfolio, and provides business analyses support to delivery vertical teams and consultancy assistance to the Business Interface (BI) to drive value for the business.
The job holder will be a key member of the product management team responsible for understanding the client requirements, managing client expectations regarding these requirements and ensuring that product enhancements / new features are incorporated as a part of the product in line with the prevailing and emerging market trends – Requirements Gathering.
Manage requirements to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives and end-user buy-in.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to work with business and IT leadership on the messaging and value (think-feel-do).
Manage the relationships with multiple parties, such as IM/ IT Managers, Key Account Suppliers, Projects, Retail Business, Service Desks and Operate organization; predominantly at a Delivery level.
Understanding of Cloud Azure, infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers and Software as a Service model.
Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written.
Strong stakeholder relationships and stakeholder management skills – proven track record in working as trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex CM challenges and influencing effectively at different organisational levels.
Works with team to conceptualize and develop strategic plans for digital media products, including business requirements, schedules, and budgets; develops and manages key media products to meet objectives for customer acceptance, scope, schedule for upcoming business unit.
Knowledge of and experience with Testing and Change Management.
