The role of the Reporting Analyst will be to provide clients their performance and industry metrics in an organized and easy to digest format. This role focuses on locating, extracting, and organizing data and metrics that allow clients to understand how their Indeed campaigns performed against industry benchmarks. This role works with all types of global clients based around the world. They may have simple or complex product portfolios which will shape the size and complexity of reporting data and requirements. The CSI Analyst will structure reporting, prioritize analyses & drive easy to understand reporting portfolios by collaborating with Indeed Global Accounts team to customize these reports for Indeed’s
enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the subject matter expert on Indeed’s product performance data

Understand Client’s business needs and how performance reporting or well-structured
industry data will help them make key recruitment budget decisions -
Problem solve, analyze data, and present findings in a way that helps sales to optimize
revenue potential via customized reports -
Review reporting requests and assess against client campaigns to deliver client
appropriate reporting - Collaborate with indeed teams to continuously innovate client appropriate reports
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or quantitative field required
- 3-5 years experience working in fast-paced, sales environment
- Advanced MS Office skills with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of a known data visualization tool(s)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of Python, specifically the ability to read, understand, & run scripts
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
India 1,200,000 – 1,700,000 INR per year
