Job Purpose –
Assist the Analytics Function Head on Modelling tasks
Work on Data Pre-Processing and preparing it for Modelling
Build Predictive Models & Recommendation Engines using state-of-the-art Machine Learning Techniques to aid Business Processes increase efficiency and effectiveness in their outcomes
Job Outline –
Assist the Analytics Function Head on:
- Collaborating with Business and IT teams for understanding and collecting data.
- Apply Data Preparation Techniques for ML like Filtering, Data Cleaning, Missing Value imputation, Feature Extraction, Feature Engineering, Feature Selection, Dimensionality Reduction, Feature Scaling, Variable Transformation etc
- Apply ML techniques like Ensemble Modeling algorithms like Bagging (Random Forest), Boosting(GBM, LGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost), and other state-of-the-art ML Algorithms.
- Apply Modelling concepts like Hyperparameter Optimization, Feature Selection, Stacking, Blending, K-Fold Cross-Validation, Bias & Variance, Overfitting etc
- Perform Custom Analytics for providing actionable insights to the Business on Ad-Hoc Assignments
Job Interface/Relationships:
Knowledge /Education
BE /B. Tech – Any Stream. IIT/NIT Graduates will be preferred
Skills
- Familiarity with ML techniques as stated in the Job Outline
- Should have strong expertise in Python & Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
Work Experience
- Can be a fresher or Having 0-1 years of solving Business Problems through Data Analytics, Data Science and Modelling. Kaggle experience is preferred.

Work Location
Work Location is ISB Hyderabad Office. Remote work is not allowed for this position
Duration
Duration will be for 3 months and can be extended based on the requirements at that stage
