About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining statistics of the various spreadsheets
2. Making PowerPoint presentations for various projects and meetings
3. Developing, updating, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis
4. Assisting in preparing reports and summaries based on collected data
5. Collaborating with team members to gather information and insights for presentations and reports
6. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documents and data sets
7. Supporting other administrative tasks as needed

Data Analytics Mathematics MS-Excel MS-Office Statistical Modeling

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 12th Jul’24 and 16th Aug’24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Previous experience with data analysis or creating presentations. (Preferable)

2. Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook).

3. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools are a plus.

Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) is a premier sugar organization in India. It is the interface between the government and the sugar industry (both private and public sugar mills) in the country. The prime objective is to ensure that the functioning and interest of both the private and public sugar mills in the country are safeguarded through conducive and growth-oriented policies of the government.

ISMA is the oldest industrial association in the country which was established in 1932. India entered the sugar export market for the first time in the year 1957 which was entirely on the initiative of ISMA. Since then ISMA has been at the forefront of sugar export in the country, spearheading export initiatives for the industry.
