Job Detail:
Title: Data Engineer
Location: Cincinnati for hybrid schedule, open to fully remote candidates
Duration:12 months contract
Job Description
- Thorough and detailed understanding of Azure Data Factory (Datasets, Pipelines, Activities,
- Tasks, Data Flows, etc…). Hands-on experience is a big plus.
- Understanding and writing SQL queries/views
- Conceptual understanding of Data Warehouse design and modeling
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and other tools/technologies from MS
- Theoretical knowledge with streamlining and automating CD/CI process using ARM templates
- Good understanding of banking terms and definitions. Able to converse in banking language
Additional Skills and experience:
- All data is on-prem, SQL server
- Uses snapshot to move data to azure and then uses azure data factory (ETL tool)
- Looking for candidates with experience ranging between 1-5 years. Don’t want a 10 year
- candidate, they won’t fit in well with the team.

- Data Governance – helping Steven organize the team. They are in year 2 of the team being built.
- Working in a data café/parking place
- Data Engineering – Bringing data in and Ashish is driving
- BI/Analytics – Good to show dashboards
- People Change Management Work Stream
