Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Role & Responsibilities:
New Projects and Initiatives
a. Identify key initiatives required to meet business revenue and costs objectives,
i. Prioritization of various initiatives
ii. End to end from scoping, designing, solutioning & implementation perspective.
b. Review of current processes, suggesting process improvements & review post implementation with stakeholders across the Bank
c. Corporate Banking SPOC for new digital initiatives across the Bank. This would involve understanding business requirements, discussions with vendor as well as business UAT.
Portfolio Management & Tracking
a. Tracking portfolio on regular basis w.r.t hygiene and compliance items
b. Identification of issues/ corrective actions for ensuring compliance
c. Tracking asset quality w.r.t overdue, NPAs, recovery data maintenance, tracking, ensuring meeting of budgets
d. Early Detection and Tracking of Weak Accounts
Specific requirements :
- Multi-tasking across business & related aspects with crisis management capabilities,
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong comfort with numbers and number crunching with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
