Job Location: San Jose, CA
You have at least 15+ years of industry experience in Software and Systems development with expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and tools. This includes leading high performance software teams with a proven track record in building and delivering complex SW products. In this role, you will lead SONOS IMC SW ecosystem development including (Machine Learning) ML algorithms and network processing tools. Your ability to positively influence and motivate others along with strong foundation in Machine Learning application and frameworks will be key for this role!
- Lead SONOS IMC SW ecosystem development including (Machine Learning) ML algorithms and network processing tools
- Create best in class algorithms to optimize performance of ML networks on SONOS IMC
- Supervise ML Compiler development effort and efficiently implement scheduling and routing of ML networks
- Architect and develop the SW ecosystem of the In-Memory Compute product and implementation a fully functional prototype
- Engage with customers and partners to enable low power high performance Machine Learning for Edge Devices with applications for Autonomous Systems, Robotics and Computer Vision
- Develop architecture models and firmware of the Machine Learning accelerator for analysis and optimization of Computer Vision and Intelligent Robotics applications
- Supervise the development of the ML SDK
- Proactively drive innovation according to business and R&D strategy
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for more productive and quality technical deliverables
- Balance short roadmap requirements with innovation and methodology projects
You are best equipped for this task if you hav e:
- BS degree in computer Science, electrical engineering or similar discipline (MS or Ph.D. preferred)
- 15+ years industry experience in Software and Systems development
- Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and tools
- Experience in SW/HW co-development for Machine Learning accelerators
- Experience managing SW teams especially for ML development and ability to build a high performing team
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning application and frameworks
- Experience working with ML solutions for embedded applications
- Proven track record building and delivering complex SW products
