Prepare SoPs, conduct induction programs, and impart necessary training of the processes.
Ensure smooth functioning and compliance of CRM in the Organization.
Assist senior management in Review Meetings prepare MoM on weekly basis.
Monitor financial data, sales MIS, production data on weekly basis and recommend a solution.
Implement weekly sales forecast process for the organization to optimize revenue predictability
Roles Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth functioning and compliance of CRM in the Organization
- Update all the relevant data in the CRM ensure process compliance.
- Raising a flag whenever there is a non-compliance of procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with various departments like presales, post-sales, customer success, finance team, etc to ensure smooth functioning of the work and provide operational support.
2. Monitor financial data, sales MIS, production data on a daily basis and recommend solutions.
- Create and update MIS for the planned numbers of sales, production and finance.
- Track MRR values on a daily basis.
- Keep a close track of the monthly collection target.
3. Prepare SoPs, conduct induction program and impart necessary training of the processes
- Timely circulation of the SoPs Policies to each and every individual of the organization.
- Conduct CRM induction sessions for the new joiners.
- Conduct necessary CRM-related training like SO generation, deal creation, report generation, etc.
4. Implement a weekly sales forecast process for the organization to optimize revenue predictability.
- Create a sales forecast sheet on a weekly basis and update it for better revenue predictability.
- Active participation in all the weekly forecast calls and business review meetings with the senior management.
- Provide a holistic view of weekly forecasts to the senior management.
5. Assist senior management in Review Meetings prepare MoM on a weekly basis
- Presence in all the assigned meetings with the senior management.
- Collate the key pointers discussed in the meeting and send MoM to all the stakeholders.
- Provide timely valuable inputs during the leadership calls.
Qualification/ Skills:
- Previous experience in Business Ops would be good to have.
- Strong working experience with MS Office. Mainly MS Excel MS PowerPoint.
- A degree in IT / Computer Science
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in
- data visualization techniques and tools
- Basic knowledge of UX methodologies, approaches, and trends and the ability to translate
- user problems to business requirements and present user-centric solutions
- Experience in user stories-based requirement generation and Agile based
- product development
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
