Role

Business Analytics Intern is an entry role in BA function. Activities are completed with strong guidance and support from the Business Analytics team and colleagues:

• Learning about data analysis for the purpose of determining project and client profitability with guidance support from the team.
• Learning about technical aspects of Infobip’s platform
• Learning about analysis of supplier and partnerships business processes for the purpose of determining profitability and creating a baseline for an action plan with guidance support from the team.
• Working on analysis of turnover and revenue in order to achieve the goals of a particular region or organization.
• Monitoring changes in the market.
• Helping the team with regular and ad hoc reports to management
• Active tracking and reporting on assigned projects and supporting internal projects in area of BA scope of work.
• Keeping track of buying price changes and adjusting recommended selling prices, with guidance of senior team members
• Monitoring and supporting quality of service; researching new suppliers to achieve better profitability and quality.
• Advising on how to set up internal procedures to ensure data hygiene in their scope of work.
