Responsibilities
Technological Competence/Functional/Technical Skills: Assess, clean, merge, and analyze large datasets adhering to standardized data manipulation techniques and methodology by leveraging R, Python and/or Azure ML, GCP, AWS etc Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, Python) and hands on experience in Statistical techniques such as Decision Tree, Logistic and Multiple Regression, and others Selecting features, building, and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques Design, Develop and Deploy advanced machine learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms/predictive models for use in digital marketing Analytical understanding and hands on experience in developing Multi Touch Attribution models, Media Mix Modelling, Basket Analysis etc Exposure to clickstream data and customer analytics predictive modelling – Cross-selling and upselling models, Shopper intent prediction, Conversion goal prediction, Segmentation, Purchase propensity, Churn, content recommendations etc. Experience of Campaign Analysis across digital channels like social media, Web Analytics, PPC, Email, SEO etc. and knowledge of marketing concept like Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Personalization etc. is desirable. Business processes proficiency to understand the requirements for the business and translates this into an appropriate technical solution using suitable analytical tools. Create advanced processes/procedures and recommend new tools/technologies. Guides and provides direction to team members comprised of junior analysts

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Bachelor in highly quantitative field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related field Any diploma/degree in the filed of digital marketing is a bonus 6-10 years of real-world data science experience. Exposure to US/ overseas markets is preferred. Refined written and verbal communication skills. Ability to foster open communications, listen effectively and build strong partnership networks. Domain experience in Retail/Ecommerce/Supply Chain or/and Marketing will be a bonus Basic understanding of data warehouse architecture, Strong Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills,
