About the internship
1. Data collection and integration: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to evaluate data formats, sources, and various transformation techniques.
2. Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot data issues promptly.
3. Implement methods to enhance data reliability and quality.
4. Data modeling and architecture: Integrate raw information from diverse sources into consistent, machine-readable formats.
5. Develop and test architectures facilitating data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling.
6. Build data pipelines to consolidate information effectively.
7. Technical support and automation: Assist data engineers and analysts in troubleshooting data pipeline, database, and infrastructure issues.
8. Automate manual tasks to boost efficiency and streamline data processes.
9. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science or a related area.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala.
3. Familiarity with SQL, Big Data technologies (Spark), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
Note: This is a 3-month internship position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
