Your role
We are looking for Business Analyst to drive the company’s wide objectives achievement & implement cadences & strategies which will directly impact the top & the bottom line. You will build intelligent processes, manage BizOps activities, develop reporting & business analysis to deliver impact on key business metrics, and assist decision making. You have to be proficient with sound business logic and the ability to structure approaches/strategies for adding value in complex business analysis.
A Day in the Life:
- Working with Leadership and enable data-driven decisions & Strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, customer innovation, engineering, delivery, design, marketing, and other teams in an enterprise setting on innovative solutions to pain points
- Analyze and report trends in large and complex datasets by leveraging automation and dashboards across various external and internal tools
- Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve desired outcomes, along with the relevant business metrics to track their progress
- Proactively define, develop and analyze new KPIs/metrics to help optimize business operations
- Improvement and identifying opportunities / threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends and user behaviour in an effort to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction
- Provide thoughtful and insightful analysis of the OKRs and other KPIs
- Story telling/presenting with data insights and actionable recommendation
- Helps the business understand the scientific principles behind their process in order to gain
- stakeholder buy-in
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in a structured way, suggesting areas of
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
- Provide operations support and reporting

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have structured problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, willingness to take initiatives and drive them, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high levels of empathy towards internal and external stakeholders, among other things.
What You Need:
- Experience/Qualification
- Preferred: 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-growing Product company or consulting firm
- Proven problem-solving skills and Analytical mindset
- Experience planning and leading key initiatives
- Understanding of businesses and business processes
- Experience establishing processes to deliver critical initiatives – ensuring transparency and speedy execution
- Proficiency with analytical tools and technologies/comfort with learning new ones
- JIRA, Mixpanel, Excel/Google Sheets, Datastudio, Power BI, tableau, Hubspot etc.
- Demonstration of the use of data and evidence-based decision making
- Strong familiarity with technology products, tools, and scripting languages like R, Python, SQL etc
- Results/action-orientation; project management skills
- Experience/comfort working with a global team
