JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability to quickly understand, process and consume industrial scale databases using one of these tools
Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable with creating creative solutions where ambiguity exists and delivering against aggressive timelines is required
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing to work with multiple cross- functional teams
Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities
Partner with Sr level stakeholders to determine creative data-based methodologies for driving business value
Develop professional grade dashboards in Tableau to drive better decision making across the Capital Markets business
Prepare and present findings and analyses to stakeholders through iterative development and agile delivery – drive faster, smarter data driven decisions
Generate revenue or cost saving opportunities through data-driven insights and proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures
Support the roadmap development process through facilitating discussions with stakeholders, researching possible solutions and recommending key areas of opportunity where we can drive analytical value
Lead prioritization and project management efforts to create consistency and ensure expectation alignment with key stakeholders
Explore and utilize new data mining and data visualization tools to conduct ad-hoc analysis as required
Leverage additional support teams (Advanced Data Science and Marketing Analytics) to drive even more stakeholder value
