Insurity’s next Sr. Operations Analyst
As a member of the Insurity Operations team, our Senior Operations Analyst will play an integral role in collecting and organizing information from various sources. They are a critical thinker, ask questions of the data, and perform quality control as they deliver valuable insight to leaders across the organization. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success & Professional Services teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Setup new Service Contracts and Projects in Salesforce and Sage Intacct for accurate accounting workflow
- Assist with monthly customer project billing and supporting documentation
- Research customer contract and project billing inquires
- Validate and reconcile vendor invoices against SOW and time files for prompt payment
- Assist driving Operational Efficiencies throughout the business by suggesting changes to the existing processes and/or systems
- Assist with the analysis and potential implementation of continuous improvement efforts which could involve people, processes, or technology
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to manage multiple open tasks and follow up until closed out
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across the organization
Location: This role can be a permanent remote position or can be based in our Hartford, CT office.
