Responsibilities:
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, Talent Management Systems, Training Systems, and other sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to employee lifecycle data, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, and data integrity & consistency
  • Proactively & Regularly prepares reports of data results, draft presentations, and findings, and completes monthly cadences.
  • develop insights and trend analysis in order to make recommendations based on analysis
  • Regularly audit systems, data sources, and processes to ensure compliance and completion
  • highlights any concerns and/or areas of efficiency or improvement
  • Participate in audit preparation and documentation collection for SOC, 401(k), and business audits
  • Data entry and uploads, as needed
  • Assists with improvement efforts such as automation, vendor searches and comparisons, and process alignments
  • Management and tracking of Smartsheets and process cadences to ensure the P&C team is focussing their efforts in the appropriate places and meeting commitments and deadlines; highlight areas of concern or timing misses
  • May assist HR leadership with planning for initiatives and/or updating project plans.
  • May assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
  • Support the execution of employee-focused programs
  • Initial and immediate focus on US data and processes with eventual scope expansion to include or incorporate Global data and perspectives
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required, including ad-hoc HR projects as needed

What you Bring to the Team (aka Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related field OR equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience or exposure within a corporate Human Resources team and/or within an administrative people-data role
  • Experience working for a US-based organization is a significant plus
  • Company experience within Mid-Sized and/or High-growth organizations preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong editorial skills required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Self-Directed; ability to take ownership of individual work and continuously strive for improvement
  • Tech-savvy and able to identify automation opportunities and process improvements
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assignments
  • Ability to escalate risks and concerns that may impede the success of our initiatives and programs
  • An energetic approach to work tasks and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with a “problem-solver” mindset who is comfortable adapting to new technologies and ways of work; includes a positive attitude towards the needs of our people & our business
  • Systems Experience:
  • Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides required; proficiency with Google Applications a strong plus
  • ADP (HRIS) System Experience a plus
  • Experience with SmartSheet a plus
