Job Description
This role will support our Sales Operations team with reporting, forecasting/budgeting, sales incentive development, and market analysis for partner growth. The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and complete sales and revenue reporting at various levels on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for their assigned business partners. Desire to learn quantitative and qualitative analytics skills are required to be successful. With Integrity’s rapid growth, the duties for this role are continuously expanding with an abundance of upward growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Consult with partner business units to collect, understand, and compile historical sales production data
- Support and guide business units with sales analytics and business intelligence tools to enable insights
- Act as subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business unit to help drive growth
- Identify trends, develop KPIs, and tell the story of what’s happening with the business unit
- Sales forecasting, budgeting, data validation and analysis
- Analyze data captured and identify areas of process improvement, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Develop and improve processes automation with focus on scalability to ensure Integrity’s growth model is maintained
- Think critically and identify data issues on both a macro and micro basis
- Develop root cause analysis of data source and reporting functions
- Summarize, document, and present analysis findings at various levels of an organization
- Develop interdepartmental synergies and improve communications with entire Shared Services team
- Meet deadlines with accurate results in a fast-paced environment
Experience and Skills
- 7 years’ experience in an analyst role.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced user of data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience utilizing project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA
- Background in Health & Life Insurance sales is preferred but not required.
- Background in consulting services is preferred but not required.
- Experience with SQL preferred but not required.
- Experience with Alteryx preferred but not required.
- Experience with Azure and Snowflake preferred but not required.
- Willing to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and skillsets in a collaborative environment.
- Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
- Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data.
