The Technical Services Specialist is responsible for developing customer satisfaction by providing implementation and support services.
You will work well with other teams to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, seamlessly transition customer/projects from the implementation phase to software support, serve as a resource, and must be able to proactively interact with other departments to identify and resolve customer focused issues.
- Implement projects for existing and new clients ensuring efficient and timely delivery
- Develop creative solutions to meet client requirements and provide feedback to internal departments for enhancement to data and products
- Suggest and identify areas of improvement to enhance the efficiency of the implementation process
- Troubleshoot Intelerad products and environmental issues with the Intelerad Help Desk when called for assistance.
- Support the Intelerad Help Desk
- Report software issues and potential feature enhancements to improve the Intelerad Products
- Prepare technical solution drawings utilizing software tools
- Understand the needs of clients and develop the foundations needed and the knowledge, skills
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science/Comp Application
- 1-3 years experience implementing any software solutions
- 1-3 years experience in providing technical support to the customers
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical people
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical information
- Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise technical written communication
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Internet resources
- Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers in a Windows environment, including word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related software programs preferred)
- Should be proficient in resolving SQL database issues in the client environment
