other companies from the BFSI industry. Our cloud-based Enterprise AI platform enables these
organizations to automate key business processes.
Our clients include some of the largest health and life insurance companies to automate
complicated processes such as health claims and medical underwriting. In doing so, we have
solved some critical real life problems, such as bringing down cashless discharge times from 6
hours to 30 minutes. We wish to bring the same level of disruption to other industries and are
expanding rapidly.

and its impact on businesses. Excellent communication skills, analytical and structured thinking
are the fundamental requirements for the role, while prior exposure to a BA role in the BFSI
industry for 3-5 years is a big plus.
This is what youll do:
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements,
create BRD and FRD, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel
overall business strategies.
- Engage and actively drive in Requirements Gathering discussions with the client to
determine operational objectives by studying business process; gathering information;
evaluating the automation requirements
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; and breaking down the process to match the
capabilities of our Proprietary AI platform
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and engage in customer interactions to devise innovative
data-centric products for Insurance and Financial services clients.
- Leverage Customer feedback to improve systems by studying current practices; designing
modifications or customization features; and collaborating with the Delivery team.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements;
forming project team; establishing project budget
- Collaborate with Sr. Management of clients to ensure project progress by tracking
activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and
trends from our AI solutions to deliver value reporting effectively.
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses
and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of products for our
clients and Industry at large
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business
trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a full-time MBA
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Software product companies or Financial Services
IT as a Business Analyst
- Candidate is required to be well versed in using various tools for effective communication
and documentation with the clients.
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive thinking which translates to data-driven
decision approach
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Exposure to Software Design, Software Maintenance, Process Improvement
- Ability to build effective business relations in the industry
- Exposure to and understanding of API Integration is a must
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Demonstrated ability to implement task in time to achieve the timelines proposed.
- Past experience of Developer or a QA is a plus
