IntePros is seeking a Business Analyst for one of our premier healthcare clients in Philadelphia, PA. This role will require onsite responsibilities. All individuals onsite at this organization must be fully vaccinated and boosted.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst Duties: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Documents functional requirements and process flows, and design documents
- Creates User Stories to align with business needs and define acceptance criteria
- Participates in UAT Testing
- Work within an Agile Scrum environment using Azure DevOps and other tools for managing requirements and project work.
- Consults with Development Leads, Test team and Data Architects to design solutions and speak to the flow of data within the system and how it should be in the database
- Evaluates/research business problems; Creates wireframes to document solution design
- Serve as technical resource for the planning and execution of projects; plan and participate in business requirements, including hands-on functional and technical testing of new or modified systems
Business Analyst Preferred Skills and Experience :
- 3-5 years relevant experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in healthcare related industry
- Experience working through full product implementation cycle (analysis, design, testing)
- Experience in Agile work environment
- Experience reviewing API documentation and API testing
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience with Postman or SOAP UI applications
- Proficiency with MS-Office applications: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc, required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a bonus
- Proficiency with Figma is a bonus
