What will I be doing?
- Provide insights on market, industry, customer, and technology trends and provide recommendations to accelerate Intercom’s growth.
- Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, pricing and packaging, marketing, GTM, growth strategies, and performance.
- Monitor, review, and summarize industry reports, company events and announcements, and other relevant news.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into research, analysis, and/or program outputs.
- Track key business metrics and conduct regular performance analysis to help identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support strategic business case investigations.
What skills do I need?
- BS (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience evaluating businesses and markets and identifying trends.
- Strong problem solving skills: you can perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis concluding with data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to take a big picture idea, challenge, and/or opportunity, break it down, and drive projects from concept through completion.
