Qualification and Skill Requirements
5.1 Business Analyst (Functional)
a) Should have degree ie., BE/ B.Tech
b) Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification MBA or equivalent.
c) Minimum 4 years of experience with at least Minimum 3 years of experience government IT projects in technical role (Developer/Tester/programmer/database).
d) Should have knowledge on CR/SRS/functional documents writing
e) Should have knowledge on SDLC.
f) Should have ability to comprehend the SME requirements, analyzing the same and documenting
g) Should coordinate with client, offshore and onshore teams.
h) Desirable knowledge on IFMS and finance domain
i) Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
j) Should have ability to understand various integrations among various departmental IT systems
k) Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholder.
