General Summary:
Responsible for the end quality and fitness of use for acquired POS data assets used in IRI solutions and products within a prescribed schedule through analysis and the development and maintenance of effective and efficient quality control systems.
- Collaborates with IRI internal Clients to successfully and timely deliver IRI solutions per planned schedule.
- Leads effective problem solving of data issues and coordinate findings with internal and external customers.
- Supports continuous improvement through the development of best practices and process improvement projects to deliver improvements to customer needs, overall quality, and processing cost efficiency.
- Communicates and escalates emerging quality issues quickly and to the appropriate audience.
- Drives rapid improvement in team development, productive capacity and overall quality of processes, projects, and products.
- Provides leadership on finding efficiencies across the team (cost savings, productivity, etc.).
- Suggest creative techniques, tools, and processes to improve all aspects of team performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in Python Required
- Experience in machine learning and AI a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
- Ability and willingness to recognize and respond to client needs from a service perspective.
- Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven, deep understanding of deliverable and servicing issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills.
- Relentless adherence to deadlines.
- Seeks out and engages learning opportunities/applies key learning.
- Team spirit, high energy, and initiative.
