Position

Reporting into the Production Operations team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization and requires an agile, proactive mindset to drive efficient user support. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of our mission & business critical application services. Your experience and knowledge in the areas of logistics order fulfillment will be invaluable to the diversification and effectiveness of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve critical systems issues by engaging with Business Operations and IT Teams.
  • Collect data and report development on key systems performance indicators.
  • Perform corrective action for all support issues.
  • Work closely with internal partners to facilitate support reviews.
  • Work cross functionally to drive continuous improvements by driving process documentation & automation.
  • Maintain a high degree of effectiveness and efficiency support by following established processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with internal technical stakeholders to resolve critical systems errors.
  • Utilize established practices to provide application support and business processes for supply chain applications.
  • Assist QA & Business Teams resolve issues related to EDI/Webservices, Order Management Inventory, Procurement, Work Orders and Finance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years working as business user within supply chain management environment
  • Must have hands on experience using Oracle Supply Chain Management applications
  • Experience working with Oracle SCM (Order Management, Inventory, GOP, Manufacturing or PDH
  • Deep knowledge of Logistics Order Fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management businesses systems processes
  • Direct exposure working within the consumer hardware / consumer electronics space (advantageous)
  • Must have experience working with SQL
  • Must be an effective communicator (written & spoken)
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholder (Business/Functional & Technical)
  • Curious, with the need to continue to learn and expand one’s knowledge and experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain | Information Technology | Computer Science) or Equivalent Experience
