Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on installing or fixing hardware and software, troubleshooting problems, working in a customer support role at a service desk, and maintaining networks and computer systems
2. Provide technical assistance and end-user support to our organization’s as well as our clients when the need may arise
3. Work with all technology team members to insure proper maintenance of the LAN, wireless, MAN, and WAN voice and data networks
4. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 30th Jul’24 and 3rd Sep’24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

1. The candidate must be willing to go to the client location to provide IT support for longer durations.

2. The candidate must be comfortable working a rotational night shift if required for client support.

3. The candidate must be ready to travel to Delhi/NCR as per client requirements.

4. The candidate must have a driving license.

5. The candidate must have the ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
