As an Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst for Demand Supply Planning, you will serve as a market level representative to liaison between IT and Supply Chain stakeholders for our Nestle Health Sciences operating company. You will have exposure to working with our above market and global product teams to bring IT solutions to Nestle Health Sciences. You will bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing the Demand Supply Planning function and advise on the best solutions. You will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements. You will then play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy those as IT system solutions.
- Support the Supply Chain function in the development of strategy through incremental improvement of the Demand Supply Planning and Supply Network Planning
- Identify gaps in existing SAP APO systems and Demand Supply Planning processes and identify options for improvement.
- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value
- Work with Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to gather feedback and define that the minimum viable product (MVP) satisfies the business need
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
- Assess near-term needs, using structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities. Consults with product teams and proposes alternative solutions. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities
- Support the BRM and Product Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in the Supply Chain function with 2+ of those years having a focus in IT
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following: Demand Supply Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, or Detailed Scheduling
- 1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
