Responsible for the management of business processes primarily through Salesforce.com. This includes developing reports, dashboards, campaigns, workflows, 3rd party applications, integration, data flow and the creation of associated files ensuring user adoption and providing ongoing education and support for all Salesforce users. This role drives our technology roadmap with growth opportunities and efficiency. Identification, improvement, and documentation of business processes. Assist and backup network administrator on basic IT admin tasks.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintenance of Salesforce.com for SimHD teams – users, field creation, workflows, roles & hierarchy, reports and dashboards.
  • Help develop innovative engagement methods to ensure Salesforce best practices.
  • Document customizations made within Salesforce and develop training materials for new users.
  • Help manage 3rd party Integration between Salesforce and sales/marketing tools.
  • Manages on-boarding of new salesforce members, training on all aspects of existing and new processes and maintenance.
  • Ensuring processes to maintain information is current and necessary.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand and document requirements.
  • Support teamwork and get internal and external feedback on processes, procedures, and technology.
  • Works with Infor XA ERP, SF, and other data sources to achieve business goals. Provides communication on updates and changes.
  • Assists in the management of data-driven Sales & marketing processes and campaigns.
  • Responsible for implementing system price changes and communication.
  • Provides some day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 for desktop, laptop, and mobile device users.


Other duties as assigned

  • Responds to help desk requests. Monitors and documents issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working projects independently.
  • Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS)
  • 3+ Years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator; certified preferred
  • Some network administrator/ IT skills are preferred
  • Experience with Power Bi preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of industrial manufacturing are a plus
  • Ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with ability to resolve problems in a timely manner; results orientated
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, advanced skills with PowerPoint and Excel, required
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills (Oral, verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset; creative thinker
