Position Summary
The Microsoft Power BI developer is responsible to design, develop, implement and support visualization dashboards and reports to internal and external customers and teams. This is a hybrid role out of our West Palm Beach, FL location.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and Implement Power BI Reporting Solutions, including managing the full development life cycle across multiple development projects, across all Jet Aviation regions.
- Work closely with all Lines of Business and Functional Units to gather the requirements and provide robust, scalable and reliable solutions
- Provide technical consulting and leadership, identifying and implementing new uses of dashboard information technologies, that assist the Lines of Business and Functional Groups in meeting their strategic objectives
- Participate and support visualization activities that encompass designing, sourcing overseeing various reporting projects
- Debug and stabilize reporting environments and support production in trouble-shooting equipment and dashboards
- Collaborate on the creation of test cases, test scripts and execution of test scripts
- Administrate reporting solutions, implement new system integrations or add-ons, help with problem resolution, and test systems to efficiency
- Works closely with other IT specialists and project managers to ensure that the reporting solutions are implemented uniformly across the company
- Responsible for users’ access management of supporting application and systems
- Works with Data Analytics and Governance leadership to prepare specifications, work/support instructions, training materials and other technical documents as needed
- Promotes continuing improvement practices for delivery and support materials in partnership with related functional group partners and IT solutions
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university.
- 2 years of related work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation
- Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer focus
- Flexible schedule to be able to collaborate within a Global team and environment

Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
