JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Business Analyst within Digital Technology will enhance business capability through the use of tools and systems to drive and grow our digital experience while providing day-to-day support. This role will work with other team members (DT, Project Managers, and Business Partners) to create digital experiences and aid in the creation and publishing of content to drive customer engagement through our digital properties of Mobile Apps, WebSites, and Commerce platforms.

YOUR IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Document and track current and future state business processes, requirements, and designs for simple, less complex business processes.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of application software through providing day to day support for production processes.
  • Define and create policies and procedures for minor projects, enhancements, and system support documentation.
  • Draft and assist in conducting test cases and scripts for minor application projects and enhancement to verify software functionality and document results.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems like Experience Manager, SiteCore and/or WordPress
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
  • Learn, understand and practice Oshkosh project methodology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

  • One (1) or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or in a related area.
  • Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in business analytics and system design analysis.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Familiarity with formal project methodology or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) terminology.

Related tools like AtLassian’s Jira and Confluence

  • Familiarity with HTML, Basic CSS and JavaScript Practices
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems like

Digizuite

  • Experience with the following Google Marketing tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
  • Experience in Information Technology implementations or change efforts.
  • Computer analytic and problem solving skills.
