JLL is looking for a Report Designer to build compelling, interactive dashboards that will answer key business questions and provide eye catching visuals. This role will be responsible for building and enhancing interactive Dashboards within Tableau and Power BI or report outputs. Collaborating on new team initiatives. This person should have a solid 8 years’ experience in the design, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence platforms. This person will become part of an Agile Business Intelligence team working closely with the technical lead, ETL developer and business analyst interfacing with multiple teams to showcase their work story through design. The right person will have a results and performance driven attitude with strong sense of accountability and providing ideas, recommendations, and creative progress.
Responsibilities
Develops, executes, and monitors simple to moderately complex data management / analytic processes to support ad hoc data and information delivery for assigned projects.
Create and maintain data mapping document between various sources and MDM database
Review and update MDM domain models to ensure that they reflect the best available enterprise-wide data according to definition.
Enhance MDM match and merge rules, data quality and validation processes.
Constant monitoring of master data against the currently used data in various business processes to identify the gaps, discrepancies, and the opportunities to further improve quality of master data.
Assists in development and maintenance of production data management, data integration and reporting processes.
Tests and monitors data / information management processes to ensure data quality and consistency in support of business initiatives.
Manages the identification, prioritization, and remediation of data quality issues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
Engages with colleagues and internal customers to understand business requirements, and to support the accurate business usage and interpretation of JLL data.
Develops documentation and data flow diagrams to maintain accurate metadata and data lineage.
Participates in the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
Performs data discovery to understand data values and relationships in new data sources.
Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
Purpose of the Role
The Data Management function is to ensure that the data in our corporate systems and platforms are accurate, available, and accessible by standardizing the processes of ingesting, storing, organizing, and maintaining the data created and collected by JLL.
The Data Management Analyst achieves this through data discovery & analysis, data investigation, business rules & data lineage logic development in source systems, and enterprise data deliverables. The team interfaces with product owners, business stakeholders, and research teams to collect business requirements and translate them into technical artifacts such as data mapping, message models, and data transformation algorithms via computer programming scripts. This critical activity enables the Data Engineering teams to develop extract, transform, and load processes. Data management also provides consulting support for other corporate functions as data subject matter experts.

Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in the fields of information science, computer science or analytics preferred.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark, Databricks, etc.)
Understanding of data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.
Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and solve problems independently.
Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual with can-do attitude, capable of executing on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Capability to self-learn new software applications and programming languages.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
