Do you live and breathe digital? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to disrupt the real estate investment industry. We are looking for a highly impactful & resourceful Senior Developer to join us for IBM practice who can design and configure applications to meet business processes and requirements. The role is critical and would support delivery and pre-sales activities involving design, development, and review, reporting, leading and mentoring others. The role will add immense value to the role holder through enhancement of Tririga skills, ability to lead others, build processes in IBM Tririga domain and exposure to technologies suite in the PropTech domain. We believe that having the right team intrinsic to getting the best outcomes possible and this is why we are looking for a creative Tririga Developer to join us.
Key skills
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience with Tririga development. Being the person in charge, your overall support to ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects will be crucial. Jointly, you’ll drive the adoption and rollout of agile designs and engineering practices, as well as ensure automated testing, risk management and standardization.
On top of everything else, do you also have experience in driving multiple complex technology processes and business initiatives? Most important will be your outstanding talent in managing significance risks and a knack for handling escalations and solving problems.
Focuses on understanding requirements and developing solutions with good quality and within stipulated time
Work independently with little supervision or as a team
Aid in communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time
Work with Client, Onsite team & BA to understand the requirements and create technical design
Provide effort estimate and create work breakdown structure for the project deliverables
Lead complex/ new tasks on their own without external help and provide resolution within expected time frame
Explain the tasks to junior team members and should lead them to get work done by them
Mentor junior team members and answer their queries/ provide resolution wherever they are stuck
Review the code of other team members and provide constructive feedback
Should help in training the new team members
Should be able to create documents as needed
It would be wonderful if you’ve worked on integrations, data migration, upgrades and designed solution architecture for projects involving business transformation or processes improvement for a couple of years. On top of everything else, do you also have experience in driving multiple complex technology processes and business initiatives? Furthermore, having used this skill in multiple domains and markets will confirm your ability to apply best practices, including backlog management and capturing velocity metrics in our business. Most important will be your outstanding talent in managing significance risks and a knack for handling escalations and solving problems.
Sounds like you? to apply you need to have:
3+ years of hands on experience in Tririga
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related Engineering fields.
Should have worked on at least 2 full scale implementation projects.
Well versed with all development aspects of Tririga
Well versed with SQL, BIRT reporting, Java, Python, web service
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
Working knowledge on Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, Work through issues and challenges
