Business Analyst

About the role
We are looking for experienced business analytical professional to join our team working on global projects for big accounts.
The person in this role will be working closely with client and Implementation leads for requirement gathering, solution designing, feasibility check, estimations, documentation etc. activities.
Responsibilities:
Understand business and ensures there is integration between business and technology.
Work closely with the clients to gather all the requirements and capture it thoroughly.
Ability to understand business needs quickly and provide solutions.
Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standard
Focus on continuous learning and development across Methods, Tools and Analytical problems.
Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks, and find solutions to move projects forward
Generate Daily reports, Weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR etc. and own the reports.
Leverage data, statistical and visualization tools for building the project deliverables including visualization dashboard with key dimension / metrics
Analysis deck with key insights and actionable insights relevant to stakeholders
Advanced analytics results including correlation, predictive and testing results
Sounds like you? To apply you need to be:Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and other quantitative fields
Masters degree preferred
4-6 years of experience in business analysis and related responsibilities in corporate and consulting settings
3+ years of experience in using UML design tools, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint tools.
Should be excellent in gathering business requirements and converting them into solution requirement followed by designing market leading solution.
Should be proficient in preparing Function Design Document (FDD), Traceability matrix, Use case diagrams, Review the test scenarios/cases, write UAT scripts, User manual documentation
Experience in handling end to end project with Agile as well as Waterfall implementation methodology
Excellent in communication and documentation skills.
International work experience will be a plus
