Senior Finance Analyst, Travel & Expense
What this job involves:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administrating the Corporate Credit Card Program, including handling the card application process, card usage, delinquency management, accounting of credit card transactions, overviewing the payments, reporting and data analytics
Deep knowledge of the supported processes, be solution oriented and like problem-solving
Ensure service delivery as agreed norms and SLAs
Responsible for updating SOPs and process maps
Perform daily transactions as per standard operating procedures
Provide assistance during internal/ external audits
Participate in peoples soft testing and enhancement
Review and Approve Corporate card review
Perform root cause analysis to drive process improvements
Data Management, reporting & stakeholder management
Review expense reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness; ensure that users are not in violation of Corporate Travel Policy and Government regulations.
Provide backup support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure that data is processing correctly per audit rules and Corporate policy. This includes ensuring receipt flags are set properly and employee data is updated properly.
Travel Policy. System maintenance: Make changes to audit rules, reports and system settings to ensure compliance with Corporate Travel Policy. Activate and maintain employee data. Monitor payroll reimbursements. Continually improves business processes in all assigned areas of responsibility. Provide back up support across T&E as needed. Other duties as assigned, including adhoc report request, and project work.
Monitor transactions in bank statements
Handle mailbox for request and query management
Perform daily transactions as per standard operating procedures
Daily SLA adherence and reporting
Provide assistance during internal/ external audits
Perform WHT / TDS / TCS / GST workings as per country requirement
Perform User Acceptance Training and Testing
Provide floor support in the absence of supervisor
Provide new hire orientation and process training

Requirements:
Graduate Degree
Preferably, 4-5 years of working experience in Card Program Administrator
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Strong Excel & Domain Knowledge
Strong communication skills and excellent (written and spoken) are required.
