Job Location: Austin, TX
Job Detail:
You will use various data query and visualization tools (Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, etc.) to access multiple data sources and design insightful products. You will work with and assist various teams, each with unique backgrounds and perspectives, to develop solutions. You will obtain expertise with clinical health based data and will serve as a consulting resource for our clients and internal partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectives
- Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios
- Gather, clean and transform large data sets to be used in reports and visualization
- Design, develop and implement innovative/effective/strategic fully automated business solutions
- Forecast and trend complex data to provide insights to business partners
- Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes
- Consistently improve technical skill set to acquire new skills and strengthen existing ones

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
- 1-2 years of experience working with relational databases & database structures (preferably Snowflake and SQL Server)
- 1+ years of experience creating/managing ETL processes (preferably DBT, Alteryx or SSIS)
- 1+ years of experience developing in Business Intelligence / Visualization software (preferably Tableau)
- Intermediate level of proficiency creating SQL queries
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
