This position is eligible for a partial telework schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.


Your Responsibilities

As a Decision and Specification Analyst, for the Product Engineering Center located in Waterloo, IA, you will use the engineering change process to create, coordinate, and maintain complex bills of material and material master data. In addition, you will:

  • Investigate drawing revisions and parts, and attribute data utilizing Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) /Product Data Management (PDM)
  • Assign resources and investigate workflow issues

What Skills You Need

  • 1 or more years of strong analytical skills and root cause analysis
  • 1 or more years of demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
  • 1 or more years of demonstrated strong communication skills
  • 1 or more years of managing projects and conflicting priorities
  • 1 or more years of intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)


What Makes You Stand Out

  • 1 or more years of Specification Analyst experience
  • 1 or more years of experience with Enterprise Product Delivery and continuous improvement (CI) processes
  • 1 or more years with change management tools, specifically PDMLink, SAP, and cProjects workflow
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system issues
  • Experience with data analytic tools and databases (Tableau, PowerBI, HANA)


Education Details

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience
