Job Location: Pune
- Provide analytical and administrational support (analytics, data analysis, etc.) to Total Rewards projects / processes across the globe.
- The projects / processes cover different aspects of Total Rewards management, such as job grading, compensation survey participation, compensation structure review, annual performance pay planning, compensation offer proposals, internal external pay competitiveness analysis, compensation data audit, short term incentive plan deployment, calculation and administration, benefits / insurance management, invoice management, support transactional mobility management, HRIS, etc.
- Work under close guidance of the to Total Rewards COE team as required and provide (administrative) support
- Indirect liaison with country and regional HR Services Solutions, provide support as requested, and build relationships with HR support staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience with all facets of broad-based compensation across the APAC region
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities
- Experienced with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge and experience in data analytics and related technologies as an advantage (Tableau, Alteryx, BI Worldwide)
- Basic CB technical skills, such as job evaluation, compensation survey, market benchmarking analysis, etc.
- Ability to build partnerships with internal team members, Human Resources and managers, even when they are located in other parts of the world
- Experience with Human Resources systems (i.e. Workday)
