Job Description:

This role is a member of the Cloud & Network Value Management team that is responsible for capturing, structuring, and analyzing operational cloud data to support the assessment of cloud & network service providers. With a strong understanding of data management practices and experience modelling large quantities of data, this role will develop and optimize data structures and analytics models to uncover valuable data driven insights for the cloud and network team. Working closely with a team of engineers, this role will leverage data to identify optimization opportunities to drive value for the cloud and network capabilities in the New Consumer Health company.

Responsibilities:

• Support design and development of cloud value tracking and cost monitoring technologies

• Capture operational cloud data to support analysis of consumption and usage trends

• Recommend potential solutions and generate data-driven insights to mitigate cloud service issues & problems

• Develop reports and data visualizations to summarize operational cloud data for the cloud & network value management office team

• Implement and maintain analytics solutions in close collaboration with cloud engineers to drive value realization and financial management of cloud services

• Develop a structure to optimize the storage and organization of cloud data

• Effectively communicate findings and trends identified in operational cloud data with the technology & data management

• Leverage technology tools to extract and collect data from cloud data sources

• Work closely with a team of cloud engineers to identify process improvement opportunities in data management and data analysis practices

• Partner with external service providers to provide talent and services to drive high standards

• Drive innovation through automation of services and capabilities

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred

• 3+ years relevant technology experience.

• Experience in developing data visualizations and reports

• Strong analytical skills to collect, structure, and analyze data

• Experience in data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

• Experience using tools such as Excel, R, Python, or SQL to assess data

• Understanding of financial management practices and cloud services

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
