Job Location: Heathrow, FL
- Provide recommendations to Senior Management regarding financial and operational planning in order to meet expectations set forth in the budget and planning process, including support analytics and forecasting.
- Coordinating data from multiple partners into concise executive communications
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing projects simultaneously
- Partner with the Workforce Planning Team to provide recommendations on how to best achieve efficiencies and service level goal
- Partner with Marketing, Risk, Recruiting, Training, WFM, Finance, and Operations to coordinate capacity planning efforts
- Work with Business Management team to share resources across lines of business when appropriate
- Recommend operational efficiencies based on ability to leverage best practices across LOBs, and partners
- Deliver risks and opportunities to the monthly rolling forecast with detailed supporting analysis
- Deliver daily service level communication in support of the WFM forecast
- Control point for the correct information being distributed and highlighted in communications

- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, 3+ years in financial services industry preferred
