Key Responsibilities
Innovation
- Contribute ideas / areas requiring improvements/best testing practices based on testing implementation, upgrades and project team’s feedback
- Identifying alternatives, options, and different ways of looking at testing issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario’s
- Ability to identify changes to processes and procedures to improve testing and efficiency
- Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years’ experience including minimum of 3-4 years of experience in QA, UAT, functional & regression testing preferably for commercial lending or experience in a back office/Financial industry preferred
- Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill coupled with a good understanding of commercial lending preferred. Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
- Advanced technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
- Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized QA/regression testing
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally
- Play a key part in driving innovation and testing agenda for India and global teams
