Global Finance & Business Management (“GF&BM”) India is a combined Line of Business-aligned (LOB-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan’s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm’s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm’s capital.
GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main “pillars” of work – Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed understanding of the business areas in order to design access aligned with their operating models
- Utilize the core access management systems to maintain role definitions and seek approval of changes as systems and organizations change
- Partner with controls, operations, technology and third party stakeholders to define the access standard requirements for JPM access to enterprise information assets
- Improve current processes by identifying trends, ineffective procedures and perform root cause analysis to enhance efficiency of the operational aspects of the program.
- Strengthen controls by identifying gaps and making change recommendations in order to enforce and enhance data integrity
- Provide concrete plans on implementing monitoring frameworks for the control objectives
- Work with all our key business segments, technology and controls partners
- Communicate effectively to LOB partners and other control functions to share knowledge
- Work with multiple stakeholders on reporting and scorecard
Requirements:
- Demonstrated relevant work experience in a Business Analyst, Program/Project Management, Technical Lead or similar role
- Analytical and data analysis tools with experience in handling larger data sets
- Strong, proactive task-based approach with focus on delivery
- Ability to lead individuals and projects and experience with presenting a proposal or solution
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written skills and strong, broad-based communications skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with Roles or Attribute based Access Controls
- Experience with data analytical technologies
- Experience with statistical tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of process analysis and control design techniques
- Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and standards with expectations to track risks and manage them
