Job Location: Mumbai
The person that will fill this role will focus on the respective LOB business requirements. They will successfully manage relationships with all business partners, provide accurate reporting and metrics and create presentation decks to provide transparency of our progress to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business contacts to document and understand requirements for the strategic dashboard
- Partner with the CDO Analytics team to transform our business requirements into JIRA stories to build the strategic dashboard
- Influence prioritization of requirements during the standing calls with our CDO and business partners
- Provide direct oversight and support to team to ensure their requirements are detailed and converted to JIRA stories as prioritized
- Work with the team to replace ad hoc requests to self-serve in the strategic dashboard
- Identify and communicate issue trends based on data analysis
- Investigate opportunities to reduce costs, provide automation, and analyze fluctuations in key metrics
- Ensure timely and concise communication with key business partners and senior management, which includes the creation of presentations
- Ensure compliance with Global Information Risk activities
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft toolsets
- Advanced knowledge in Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath and Tableau a plus
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead within changing control/regulatory environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk / Control
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute a strategic plan
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to interface with both Technology and Business Partners
- Minimum of 5 years operations experience a plus
- Project management experience a plus
- A solid understanding of financial services is preferred
