Roles & Responsibilities:
The IPB Fees Team is responsible for:

• Set up of new Fee Schedules
• Billing of fees
• Re-pricing of existing Fee schedules
• Account closures and Waivers
• Running Control Reports
• Maintaining fee documents
• Producing MIS and trend analysis
• Answering Front-Office queries across EMEA and Asia in a timely and accurate manner
• Testing effort during projects

As an Operations Analyst, your role will be:

• Understand process end to end as well as fee policies
• Process BAU Volumes including Fee Set-ups & Closures
• Run Control Reports as defined by the Process
• Ensure Daily Checklists are followed & Signed
• Ensure daily tasks are completed within SLA
• Ensure relevant and adequate controls are in place and followed
• Support the Front-Office with their queries
• Question existing process and find more efficient solutions
• Perform UAT testing
• Escalate any issues immediately as per Escalation Matrix

Essential Skills & Experience

• MBA / College Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting / Banking / Cash Product / Securities / Processing
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Focus on quality and controlled environment
• Attention to detail, methodic, accurate
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
• Client oriented mindset
• Excellent written & spoken English communication skills
