- Collaborate with consumers and SMEs on business needs, toolset usage and solution design
- Facilitate requirement discussions with users of toolset
- Demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design
- Document processes and data flows
- Identify and articulate functional gaps and enhancement opportunities; apply creativity to solve/bridge such gaps
- Author business requirements and supporting materials to articulate business needs and support prioritization
- Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories
- Author, contribute and confirm test plans, scripts and success criteria; validate UAT test activities
- Create training documentation, release notes and user guides
- Demonstrate tools (and associated enhancements) to user community
- Support release events, prior/during/post deployment
- Manage stakeholder expectations from requirements to delivery
- Triage and prioritize testing, post implementation and production defects
- Maintain effective relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and key partners
- Contribute to the development of multi-year product roadmap
- Support the definition and generation of relevant product metrics and reporting
- Identify and manage platform cross impacts and mitigate impacts to users across tools

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum:
- 3 years of experience as Business or Technical Analyst or Product Owner experience
- 3 years of experience with Agile Methodology
- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel & Visio
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or Business Management preferred.
- Proficiency Tableau, Signavio
- Familiarity with Asset & Wealth Management businesses, systems, tools, processes
