This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

8+ years experience with producing high quality requirements, documentation and user stories.
Team player with broad experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, system architects and senior software engineers, often at a detailed technology level

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements. These range from payment capabilities provided , interfaces to other upstream and downstream system.
  • Work with Payments SMEs and Analysts to articulate existing system behavior, through analysis of existing specifications and code.
  • Write Features and Stories and manage the prioritized Team Backlog.
  • Work with product teams and other stakeholders to ensure application’s capabilities are aligned with its product strategy.
  • Work with Architects and development teams to ensure detailed requirements are accurate, complete and can be understood by a diverse group of users.
  • Collaborate with the Testing team on creation of testing artifacts.
  • Participate as needed in presentations to and discussions with key clients and stakeholders
  • Consult on a regular basis with leadership to align expectations and prioritize deliverables.
  • Participate in Team Demos and Retrospectives.
