About This Position:

The Senior Marketing Associate will be responsible for the campaign execution and creative development of credit card acquisition tactics on a reoccurring basis. This position sits within the Acquisitions organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for leading the execution and approvals of credit card marketing campaigns via multiple marketing channels and based on strategic direction on product, positioning, pricing, and placement. The focus of each campaign is seamless execution for customer acquisition and requires a focus on the customer experience. This person will utilize their project management skill to manage a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders. They will identify and lead opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

As a Business Analyst on the Pricing Analytics Team, you will analyze portfolio pricing strategies and new company initiatives while having the unique and challenging opportunity to influence critical initiatives, including customer corrections and portfolio growth initiatives, to grow customer engagement across all credit card portfolios within Chase. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation (MG&I) organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

This person will be responsible for conducting extensive analysis of pricing functionality and settings as well as segmenting customer behavior related to pricing to improve existing strategies and policies using advanced research, programming, and quantitative skills which drive overall strategy. This person will synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and pricing strategies. This role will also have the ability to provide recommendations to solve complex pricing related corrections and system defects.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of campaign management marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategy
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven understanding of marketing
