- Deliver performance measurement, insights and analyses to inform strategic decision making.
- Partner with business stakeholders and analytics teams to define and implement business intelligence solutions, delivering and representing key insights in a meaningful way. Lead projects to define, build and track key performance metrics to measure success and iterate on opportunities for optimization.
- Apply quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers to deliver analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences, and partner with them to identify the right actions.
- Develop the team’s problem solving skills to analyze complex business problems by preparing and building greater insights through the collection and analysis of data trends.
- Develop roadmaps to support business intelligence project planning and execution in an efficient and scalable manner.
- Lead ad hoc analyses and develop scalable self-service capabilities reduce blockers and increase speed to answer.
- Manage a team of analysts.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with experience solving problems using data to discover and provide insights.
- Expert in querying and manipulating raw datasets for analysis using SQL.
- Knowledge of data modeling, schema design and database technologies.
- Experience engaging in technical discussions with data engineers as well as explaining issues to less technical audiences.
- You have people management experience.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects at a time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to improvise and adapt quickly, while ruthlessly prioritizing.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Bachelor’s in data, analytics, mathematics, or similar field preferred.
