Job Location: Chicago, IL
- Partner with WLS and CB F&BM team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
- Participate in the activity-based costing process used to allocate expenses across LOB’s and downstream client profitability system
- Partner with Finance to build out loan origination forecasting models, and transfer those results into actionable volume forecast
- Assist with build out and enhancement of capacity models across WLS functions and activities
- Assume responsibility capacity plan deliverables for an organization, partnering with business leaders and finance to model the impact of various business drivers to that organization’s staffing needs
- Analyze large amounts of data to create impactful analysis to assist in developing WLS strategy
- Participate in the budget and planning process, including support analytics and forecasting
- Conduct monthly capacity plan calls with senior business leaders, participating in hiring decisions and operational planning
- Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate directly with senior stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ of relevant experience in banking, with Financial Services experience preferred
- Strong presentation skills and ability to tell the story on initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interpret and present complex data
- Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders
- Mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player
- Strong excel skills required
- Statistics/KPI experience preferred
- Experience with business intelligence and data tools (Python, QlikView, Tableau, Altyrex) and SQL a plus
- Experience with Commercial Loans a plus
